October is the busy month in the world of pole!!! We started out the month with USPDF East Coast Regionals. Congratulations Karol Helms for taking home the title of USPDF East Coast Winner 09! Amazing performance! We also want to congratulate 2nd place Lauren Goldstein and 3rd place Takeila Fox, who also rocked! And last but not least, we want to congratulate Gabrielle Valliere and Jessalynn Medairyfor taking home pro-status.
Next in the line up we have the California Pole Dance Championship this Thursday at the Green Room in Los Angeles. Very excited to have Guest Performer, the ever elegant Felix Cane. Ladies, she is flying in for a one night performance. If you have not purchased your tickets.... waste no more time. Her afternoon workshops sold out in a hot minute. Some super sassy competitors are going to be strutting their stuff. A must see evening of pole perfection.
Then we skirt over to Essex for The British Isles Pole Dance Champion 2009 on October 16th. This competition is for Amateur, Professional & Champion Pole Dancers from all over the British Isles.
And we're not done yet....
October 24th USPDF West Coast Regional Competition 2009. What goes East must go West. Round two of
the USPDF Regionals. Another sensational demonstration of pole artistry as top competitors
from the West Coast bring all they've got to gain those coveted top three spots. Tickets are still
available and for those coming in from outside LA, Group Rates are available at the Hollywood
Heights.
Next, we fly to London for Miss Pole Dance UK. Miss Pole Dance is the one of the most important pole dance competitions in the world and returning to the Scala for another year. The competition starts at 13.00 with an all dayer event.A showcase offering Pole Sport and Fitness with dancers keen to watch and be part of this cutting edge performance and competition.
Lastly, we finish off the month with Americas newest reality show, The Vertical Pole Challenge in Las Vegas. Filming it's second episode, we look forward to seeing this new hit air on BRAVO this Holiday season. Each episode women compete for the top three seats earning a spot in the finals and winning cash prizes from $1000-$2500. Those that make the finals will be competing for a grand prize of $25,000 and lots of other goodies. We have finally made it to television!!! And on a non Spike TV station!!! Props to Pole Dancers!! Who won round one??? Tune in to the first episode to find out!
